Women are kick-starting growth by mentoring others

The Home office has announced some high profile names that have joined in to promote mentoring in the UK. Specsavers founder Dame Mary Perkins and Hallett Retail founder Wendy Hallett are among those named as inspirational mentoring champions.

£2m help for female entrepreneurs in rural areas.

The Home Office also published details of a £2m programme to help female entrepreneurs in rural areas start or build their own business.
