FL Part Time Office & Events Administrator Needed! – Leeds
Forward Ladies is looking for an individual with a strong background in administration with at least 2 years experience working in a similar role within a small business.
The successful candidate will be working in a busy office with responsibility for general events/administrative duties. Customer service experience is key as you will be speaking to members, customers and clients on the phone.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Management of the events programme, including monitoring, promoting and evaluating related activities
- Creating and developing a broad range of events
- Liaising and negotiating with partners, speakers and sponsors
- Management of the ‘Women in Business’ Awards (managing nominations, judging process, schedule)
- Supporting Forward Ladies licensees with regional activities
- Customer query management and response
Essential Skills
- Use of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with using online Events Management System
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service attitude
Desirable skills
- Use of social media, including Twitter, Facebook & Linked In
- Copywriting skills
- Creating presentations on Microsoft PowerPoint
- Project management skills
