Facebook’s boss goes home to her family at 5.30pm
The public announcement from Sheryl Sandberg (Chief Operating Officer of Facebook) saying that she leaves the office daily at 5.30pm to be with her kids has sparked lots of media comment this week.
Her ’admission’ that she works less than 40 hours a week has been welcomed for highlighting the stigma of flexible work practices and has created flurry of advice about achieving a work-life balance.
