Thou shalt bring referrals

Networking without pressureWe think that you should enjoy being part of a business network and always get high value but, for us, that does not happen in a highly pressurised environment. We actively encourage our members to do business with each other but we don’t impose it so you will never be asked to bring referrals and you’ll never be told who you can and can’t pass leads to.

Slowly slowly catchy monkey

This approach won’t bring you the ‘quick wins’ that others promise (and in many cases, deliver). Our members gain business but it often takes a little longer. While this may not be right for the more impatient networker, we believe that ultimately the quality of business will be better because it is based on a genuine connection. You also know that you have gained it on merit and not to achieve quotas.

This is not an attack on those referral networks that have a very structured format and expectation because they do work for some people. Forward Ladies is for those who prefer the ‘long term slow burn’ approach without pressure but with a great deal of support.

Feeling under pressure?

“Being a member of Forward Ladies has attracted significant opportunities to acquire clients. This is because my experience of them is that they always put the customer first and that sits brilliantly with our own ethos.”
